All the documents should be in JPG, JPEG or PNG image format and the file size should be less than 500KB.
The applicant has to upload scanned copies of his/her Photograph, Signature, Last Examination Marksheet, Last Examination Certificate (not mandatory), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Income Certificate (not mandatory), First page of Bank Passbook (either applicant’s or parent’s), Domicile State Certificate (PRC/Voter ID, NRC/AADHAAR card/BPL Card of family/Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/Passport of self or parents) etc.
